Due to road resurfacing work on the A1, the Sittensen exit in the direction of Bremen will be closed. The closure will be in effect from 7:00 AM on September 25 to 7:00 PM on September 30. Drivers traveling on the A1 from Hamburg intending to exit at Sittensen in the direction of Bremen should exit at Elsdorf and re-enter the A1 in the direction of Hamburg to exit again at Sittensen in the direction of Hamburg. Drivers looking to enter the A1 at Sittensen towards Bremen should follow the detour route U22 to the Elsdorf exit and enter the A1 there. Traffic disruptions are expected.
