Dr Kirstin Brandt, Senior Consultant at the Hanse Equine Hospital, and Dr Stefan Gesell-May, independent veterinarian and specialist in equine ophthalmology, held a joint basic ophthalmology seminar in theory and practice for veterinarians in Frankfurt am Main on April 23 and 24, 2021. The two ophthalmic specialists taught 18 participants from all over Germany, in compliance with the strictest Corona hygiene measures, “Basics of eye examination and diagnostics in horses”. The beginners’ seminar on ophthalmology is part of the independent seminar provider Eickemeyer and is held regularly.
