Current information on Hygiene & Safety

Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, holding conferences, trade fairs and guest events requires special hygiene and safety measures. The focus is on the health and protection of our customers, guests and employees. The Hanse Equine Hospital follows the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute in its measures and is guided by the requirements of the state government of Lower Saxony, which currently prescribes compliance with the 3G rule(vaccinated, recovered or tested negative) for events. On the day of the event, appropriate proof must be provided as part of the accreditation process. A test can also be carried out on site if necessary.

Enhanced cleanliness

We clean and disinfect surfaces such as handrails, door handles and info counters at shortened intervals.

Fresh air for everyone

Our exhibition and symposium areas are permanently supplied with fresh air. In addition, air filters are used in closed rooms to ensure regular air exchange.

Exhibiting with safety

Exhibitors should think about corona-adequate stand planning at an early stage. This means disinfection facilities at the stand as well as sufficient space for talks and possible additional ventilation on the stand.

Enjoy safely

For our catering services, our own service staff and our caterer Landhaus Wachtelhof from Rotenburg an der Wümme ensure regular disinfection and compliance with necessary safety standards.

The personalised online tickets allow, if necessary, contact tracking in line with data protection requirements.

Protected as exhibitor and visitor

It is recommended to wear a medical mask, FFP2 or KN95/N95 mask (no everyday masks such as visors or cloth masks) on the entire premises of the Hanse Equine Hospital. Please also ensure that your medical mask fits correctly, especially if clearances cannot be maintained. Wearing a medical mask is compulsory in the offices of the Hanse Equine Hospital.

Protecting yourself and others

Please observe the valid covid regulations on the entire premises of the Hanse Equine Hospital. Protect yourself and other participants by keeping at least 1.5 metres away from others, following general hygiene rules, wearing a medical mask (see above) and sneezing or coughing into the crook of your arm.

Disinfecting options

On the entire premises of the Hanse Equine Hospital, sufficient disinfection facilities are available for all participants of our symposium and industry fair. Please help yourself and disinfect your hands regularly.

Your online registration

Via your previous online registration, we can provide fast and secure access to our clinic premises. Please check in at our reception where you will receive a personalised badge for the day.

Networking - but safely

Even if the joy of a reunion or a successful business deal is great – please refrain from shaking hands, hugging and exchanging business cards.

Safety first!

Should you suffer from indisposition, fever symptoms, sore throat or similar in advance or on the day of the event itself, please cancel at short notice if necessary and do not attend our event so that other participants are protected.
