Please register at our office before setting up. You will receive your exhibitor pass there. Please also carry this with you on the day of the event!
You will also be allocated your exhibition space and instructed where to stand.
PARKING
You are welcome to drive to our main site for set-up, which you can reach at the address given above.
Please park your car/van in the signposted car park after unloading.
DELIVERIES
Due to the remodelling work, our storage capacity is very limited. Please try to avoid deliveries in advance if possible.
If you wish to send us parcels in advance, please register them with the dimensions via events@hanseklinik.de and note the purpose of the exhibition on the delivery note.

*Due to another event on Friday evening, the bringing in of large materials into the exhibition boxes must be completed by 11 am. (Roll-ups, for example, are no problem) However, you are welcome to continue setting up in the exhibition box until 12 noon.
